I. Does Suzy's sell, transfer or exchange customer data with any other businesses?
No, You give us your information with the assumption of confidentiality & we honor that. We will never sell it. Period. End of subject!

2. Re: Junk e-mail (a/k/a 'Spamming')
The privilege of serving you does not entitle us to 'spam' you endlessly with unsolicited junk e-mail. We hate it! We assume you do too! There are parts of our web site that give you the opportunity to sign up to receive notices. If these are no longer welcome, a simple eMail will remove you from our lists. Beyond that the only e-mail you may get from us might be a question about an order.

3. Do You Use Cookies?
(Yes we do) We harmlessly embed a few cookies in your browser so that when you come back you do not have to retype all your 'sender' information again. They'll expire 30 days (43,205 minutes to be exact) after your last order. In the meantime no one else can read these cookies. They do not reveal anything to us about you. We do not 'cookie' sensitive credit card data. If you don't want them, throw them out. We do not require them for our order process.

4. How Secure is Suzy's Hardware & Software?
Suzy's Cream Cheesecakes, Inc. pays for and maintains a security certificate. This allows us to encrypt sensitive data (256 bit encryption) during your on-line transaction process. For speed this SSL link will not turn on until you reach the stage of ordering when your browser begins to transmit sensitive data such as: name, address, credit card numbers, etc. We use state-of-the-art hardare and software and regularly update them with new security patches.

5. How Secure is my Data in house?
We don't archive more than a few days data on our web servers. After orders are processed it's purged and moved up to a 'non-web-connected' server. Periodically we purge all credit card numbers so that your data is safe from prying eyes 'in-house' too.
