Deposit
When you're ready to book we'll ask for a $100.00 deposit to hold
your date.
Payment.
Payment is due 30 days prior to delivery. We accept: cash, checks,
VISA, MasterCard. Discover and American Express.
Out of state checks
are accepted with prior approval only.
We require a final guest count
two weeks prior to your delivery.
If
a final number change results in a partial refund due you, we
will make that refund
after the wedding delivery and once all
parts have been returned.
Delivery
charge
There is a $40 minimum charge to deliver any sized wedding cake
in the Milwaukee Metro area (see a map).
Often times smaller, simpler cakes can be boxed for pick up, saving
you the delivery cost.
Ask us first if your cake could be picked up.
Areas outside the Milwaukee Metropolitan area are subject to an extra
mileage charge.
Deposit
on cake parts
There is no rental charges for: pillars, cascade stands, cake plates
or cake boards.
Some of our acrylic (clear Lucite) stands are rented
due to their limited reuse.
In any event we require a deposit equal
to their replacement cost.
We will hold a check or a signed charge form
as the deposit and will gladly return it to you
when all items are returned
to us by the Monday following your wedding.
Cancellation
Policy
We
can accept cancellations of up to two weeks prior to your delivery date.
If payment was recently made by check we may require a brief waiting
period while your check clears the bank.
