For smaller distances from Wisconsin we use UPS ground. They are not guaranteed to arrive in a specific number of days, but we've found 99% do arrive in the 1-3 days. For our part the further away the destination the more ice packs or dry ice we add to each package. We ship early enough in the week so that distant packages do not remain undelivered over the weekend. Finally, in the event your package is in the 1% that does arrive late and your cheesecake did not arrive in perfect condition, we will gladly ship another or refund your money.

Over longer distances (+600 miles) we can ship only using a 2 day air option.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska automatically will be sent Air and take 2-3 days depending on remoteness.

In all cases UPS's delivery is only as good as the information you provide. Wrong zipcodes, incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, people not home to receive packages (and no place to leave them) all affect delivery times and any guarantees by UPS or Suzy's.
